Bei ortsbewegliehen Pflanzenspritzen mit als Windkessel ausgebildetem Vorratsbehälter tritt das Bedürfnis nach einem Saugrohranschluss auf, welcher einerseits eine gut abdichtende und elastische Verbindung mit dem Pumpenkörper gewährleistet und anderseits leicht abnehmbar bzw. anbringbar ist, damit die Pflanzenspritze nach Füllung des Vorratsbehälters rasch an ihren Verwendungsort gebracht werden kann.
Es sind schon Rohrverbindungen bei Druckrohrleitungen bekannt, bei welchen die Überschubendmuffen mit Einsatzgummibüchsen ausgerüstet sind und die daher einen federnd beweglichen Anschluss ermöglichen.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass bei einer Pflanzenspritze mit als Windkessel ausgebildetem Vorratsbehälter und zu dessen Speisung mit Luft oder Flüssigkeit dienender Sehubkolbenpumpe der ausserhalb des Vorratsbehälters in den Pumpenzylinder einschraubbare Saugventilsitz in einem gleiehaehsigen Anschlussstutzen für das Saugrohr mit einer Einsatzgummibüchse zur stopfbüehsenlosen, durch die Saugwirkung kräftig selbstdichtenden und zugleich federnd beweglichen Lagerung des Saugrohres ausgerüstet ist.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, u. zw. durch Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der Pflanzenspritze, teilweise im Schnitt, durch Fig. 2 den Saug- rohranschluss am Pumpenzylinder, durchschnitten im grösseren Massstab.
In den Entnahmebehälter 1, der mit der Flüssigkeit 2, z. B. einer Kupfervitriollösung. gefüllt ist, taucht der Saugkopf 3 des Saugrohres 4, dessen freies Ende zum Anschluss an den aussenstehend angebrachten Pumpenzylinder 7 des als Windkessel ausgebildeten Spritzenvorratsbehälters dient. Im Zylinder ist der auf der Kolbenstange 8 sitzende Kolben 9 verschiebbar, u. zw. mittels des bei 15 an die Kolbenstange angelenkten und mit der Spritze durch den Lenker 14 verbundenen Pumpenhebels 16. Das Pumpendruckventil besteht aus einem im Zylinderboden geführten Ventilkörper 10, der durch eine Feder 11 auf seinen Sitz gepresst wird. Der Druckrohrstutzen 12 führt aus dem Pumpenzylinder in den Vorratsbehälter 13.
Das am Boden des Flüssigkeitsbehälters 13 angeordnete Rohr 17 dient zum Anschluss des Spritzschlauches 18.
Das am Pumpenzylinder seitlich angeordnete Saugventil besteht aus der Ventilklappe 21 und dem gelochten Sitzteller 20, der zu einem gleichaehsigen Rohrstutzen J mit Aussengewinde ausgebildet und in einen am Zylinder aussen befestigten Fussring 6 einschraubbar ist. Der Rohrstutzen dient als Anschlussnabe für das freie Ende des Saugrohres 4undist zwecks stopfbüchsenlos nachgiebiger sowie selbstdichtender Lagerung des Saugrohrendes erfindungsgemäss mit einer Einsatzgummibüchse- ? ausgerüstet.
