Es sind Packungen für pastenartige Materialien bekannt, die aus einer leicht faltbaren Hülle aus Zellophan od. dgl. bestehen und mittels einer Zwinge entleert werden. Solche Packungen eignen sich insbesondere für Schmierfett, weil der Inhalt in einem Zuge in den Zylinder der Schmierpumpe gebracht werden kann.
Die Erfindung betrifft Ausgestaltungen dr bekannten Verpackung, die eine Vereinfachung der Handhabung und eine Verbilligung der Herstellung ermöglichen. Im wesentlichen besteht die Erfindung darin, dass die HÜlle an einem Ende flachgedrückt und mit versteifenden Auflagen verbunden ist, die als Handhabe dienen. Als Zwinge kommt gemäss der Erfindung eine geschlitzte Scheibe aus Karton od. dgl. zur Anwendung, mittels welcher der Inhalt der Hülle restlos entleert werden kann.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht der Packung, die Fig. 2 eine Vorderansicht der Zwinge und die Fig. 3 die in den Pumpenzylinder eingesetzte Packung.
Die Packung besteht aus einer zylindrischen Hülle 1 aus einem leicht faltbaren Material, wie z. B. Zellophan, Pergamentpapier, Aluminiumfolie od. dgl., deren eines Ende flachgedrückt und durch eine aufgesteckte Klammer 2 aus Karton, Holz, Blech od. dgl. versteift ist. Die Verbindung der Klammer mit dem flachgedrückte Hülsenende kann durch ein Klebemittel oder durch Ösen erfolgen. Unmittelbar neben dem flachgedrückte Ende, das als Handgriff dient, befindet sich eine Zwinge 3, die gemäss der dargestellten Ausführungsform aus einer Blech-oder Kartonscheibe besteht, die im Mittel einen Schlitz 4 aufweist. Das andere Ende der Hülle wird nach dem Füllen durch einen Bindfaden 5 abgeschnürt, dessen Enden plombiert sind.
Zwecks Entleerens der Packung wird der Faden 5 abgerissen und die Hülle in den zu füllenden Behälter, z. B. in den Zylinder 6 einer Schmierpumpe eingesetzt. Die eine Hand umfasst den Zylinder und hält die Zwinge 3, während die andere Hand am Griff 2 anfassend die Hülle aus dem Behälter zieht.
Durch die Zwinge wird dabei der Inhalt ausgequetscht und gelangt in den Zylinder. Zweckmässig gibt man der Hülle den gleichen Fassungsraum wie dem Zylinder, damit der ganze Zylinder durch Entleerung einer einzigen Hülle gefüllt werden kann.

1. Packung für Materialien pastenartiger Konsistenz, insbesondere Schmierfett, die aus einer Hülle aus leicht faltbarem Material besteht und mittels einer Zwinge entleert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle an einem Ende flachgedrückt und mit versteifenden Auflagen verbunden ist, die als Handhabe dienen.

There are known packs for paste-like materials that consist of an easily foldable cover made of cellophane or the like and are emptied by means of a ferrule. Such packs are particularly suitable for lubricating grease because the contents can be brought into the cylinder of the lubricating pump in one go.
The invention relates to embodiments of the known packaging, which simplify handling and make production cheaper. Essentially, the invention consists in the fact that the sleeve is flattened at one end and connected to stiffening supports that serve as a handle. According to the invention, a slotted disc made of cardboard or the like is used as a clamp, by means of which the contents of the envelope can be completely emptied.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. FIG. 1 shows a side view of the packing, FIG. 2 shows a front view of the ferrule and FIG. 3 shows the packing inserted into the pump cylinder.
The pack consists of a cylindrical envelope 1 made of an easily foldable material, such as. B. cellophane, parchment paper, aluminum foil or the like, one end of which is pressed flat and stiffened by a clip 2 made of cardboard, wood, sheet metal or the like. The connection of the clip with the flattened end of the sleeve can be done with an adhesive or with eyelets. Immediately next to the flattened end, which serves as a handle, there is a clamp 3 which, according to the embodiment shown, consists of a sheet metal or cardboard disc which has a slot 4 in the middle. After filling, the other end of the envelope is tied off by a string 5, the ends of which are sealed.
For the purpose of emptying the pack, the thread 5 is torn off and the casing in the container to be filled, e.g. B. used in the cylinder 6 of a lubrication pump. One hand grasps the cylinder and holds the clamp 3, while the other hand pulls the casing out of the container by grasping the handle 2.
The contents are squeezed out by the ferrule and get into the cylinder. It is expedient to give the envelope the same capacity as the cylinder so that the entire cylinder can be filled by emptying a single envelope.

1. Pack for materials of paste-like consistency, in particular grease, which consists of an envelope made of easily foldable material and is emptied by means of a ferrule, characterized in that the envelope is flattened at one end and connected to stiffening pads that serve as a handle.
