Abzieh-und Scleifvorriehtung für zweischneidige Rasierklingen.
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Schleif-und Abziehvorrichtung für zweischneidige Rasierklingen, bei welcher die Klinge in einem die Schleifunterlage umfassenden Schlitten gelagert ist und durch auf der Schleifunterlage sich abrollende Reibungswalzen geschwenkt wird. Gemäss der Erfindung ist in den Schlitten einer solchen Vorrichtung an Stelle der festen Führung für die Schleifunterlage (Riemen) eine bewegliche, beiderseits schwenkbare, im Mittelpunkt der Vorrichtung drehbare Führung eingebaut. Der Zweck dieser Führung ist, den Schneiden der Klingen den diagonalen Schliff zu geben. Durch die Schwenkbarkeit der Führung wird überdies rechts und links diagonal geschliffen.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindergegenstandes veranschaulicht, u. zw. zeigen Fig. 1 und 2 diese Riemenführung während des Gebrauches in der Links-und Rechtsbewegung. Fig. 3 in der Stirnansicht, Fig. 4 im Querschnitt. Die Führung selbst ist aus ungefähr l wttM starkem Blech bügelformig herausgestanzt und besitzt die Breite des Abziehriemens. Die Seitenwände des Führungsbügels ragen über die Reibungswalzen der Vorrichtung hinaus, um ein seitliches Einklemmeu des Riemens zu verhindern.

The subject matter of the invention is a grinding and honing device for double-edged razor blades, in which the blade is mounted in a carriage encompassing the grinding substrate and is pivoted by friction rollers rolling on the grinding substrate. According to the invention, instead of the fixed guide for the sanding base (belt), a movable guide, pivotable on both sides and rotatable in the center of the device, is built into the carriage of such a device. The purpose of this guide is to give the edges of the blades the diagonal grind. The pivoting of the guide means that it is sanded diagonally to the right and left.
