Beschreibungdescription
KONTINUIERLICHER DRILLLEITERCONTINUOUS DRILL LEADER
The subject invention relates to a continuous drill ladder consisting of a plurality of individual, electrically insulated conductor part, and a method for producing such a twisted conductor.
Known manner occur in transformers, especially at the outer coils of the winding electromagnetic fields (transverse fields), which induce eddy currents in the winding conductors, which lead to eddy current losses. Eddy current losses reduce the efficiency of the transformer, but also lead to locally undesirable high temperatures, which in turn can lead to damage to the winding insulation. Through the use of known continuous twisted conductors such eddy current losses can be reduced. Drill ladders consist of a bundle of individual, insulated individual conductors, which are individually twisted against each other, e.g. according to the Roebel principle. Such continuous drill conductors are e.g. known from EP 746 861 B1 and are thereby machined and automated produced with lengths up to 2000m and wound up for shipping on drums. Automated twisting tools for making such twisted ladders are e.g. from DE 100 26 455 A1 or DE 100 27 564 A1. Drill ladder are characterized in particular by the fact that they are sufficiently bend soft to be wound for the production of windings can. Furthermore, through the use of a drill guide, an increased copper cross-section can be crossed out.
For Roebel rods it is already known from AT 309 590 B to provide the twist so that always two adjacent individual conductors are twisted together. This should be compensated in addition to the compensation of the longitudinal field by the twist and the already damaging Radialfeld within a groove. Roebel bars, which are still mainly made manually by manually twisting single length, short length conductors on specific workbenches, can be easily manufactured in this way, even if two adjacent sections are twisted together. However, Roebel bars are not wound, but a coil is "built" out of several Roebel bars by connecting the ends of the Roebel bars accordingly.
However, the demands on today's transformers are increasing more and more, on the one hand in terms of size and power and on the other hand in terms of efficiency and reduction of losses caused e.g. due to eddy current losses. Especially with very large powerful transformers, undesirable significant eddy current losses due to the magnetic fields occur.
It is therefore an object of the subject invention to provide a drill guide with which the eddy current losses can be reduced when using the Drillleiters in a transformer.
This object is achieved in that each two or more juxtaposed and / or stacked sub-conductors are combined to form a sub-conductor group and twisted together. Because now not a single conductor is twisted, but always a subconductor consisting of several individual sub-conductors, the eddy current losses are further reduced, since the required copper cross-section of the individual conductor is electrically divided. Thus, the cross section of a single subconductor is reduced, whereby less eddy currents are induced by the electro-magnetic fields occurring and thus the eddy current losses can be reduced in a transformer using the drill guide according to the invention. The smaller the cross section of the partial conductor, ie the more the copper cross section of a single conductor is divided, the smaller the eddy current losses become.
So far, only conventional twisted ladder could be produced in known Verdrillwerkzeugen, ie only with each individual twisted part conductors. However, it has not hitherto been considered in a continuous production process for the production of a continuous twisted conductor to twist two or more adjacent partial conductors together since, on the one hand, there was no need and On the other hand, the previous Verdrillwerkzeuge or twisting were not suitable for it. Moreover, it has heretofore been well-known that a twisted conductor having a plurality of co-twisted sub-conductors in the subsequent winding to a winding undesirably behaves and causes problems, e.g. by subsequent displacement of the individual sub-conductors to each other. However, these problems do not occur in practice, as found in corresponding experiments.
The subject invention will be described below with reference to the exemplary and non-limiting, advantageous embodiments facing Figures 1 to 6. 1 shows a conventional drill guide according to the prior art, FIG. 2 shows a drill guide according to the invention with a sub-conductor group with sub-conductors arranged side by side, FIG. 3 shows a cross-section through such a drill guide, [0012] FIG. 4 shows a twisted conductor according to the invention with a sub-conductor group with sub-conductors arranged one above the other, FIG. 5 shows a cross-section through such a twisted conductor, and FIG. 6 shows a further embodiment of a twist-type conductor according to the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a known drill guide 1 consisting of a number of electrically insulated sub-conductors 2, which are arranged in two sub-conductor stacks 3. The sub-conductors 2 are known to be twisted so that they change from the top to the bottom layer. In order to ensure the holding together of the conductor bundle to a drill guide 1, a wrap 4 may be provided by a woven tape, a paper strip or the like.
An inventive drill 10 is shown in Fig. 2, which consists of a plurality of individual electrically insulated conductors 11. In this drill 10 each two adjacent sub-conductors 11 are combined to form a sub-conductor group 12 and twisted together. "Side by side " in this case means that the sub-conductors 11 are arranged lying against each other on their narrow side surface. Thus, the sub-conductor group 12 is twisted with respect to the remaining sub-conductor bundle and not a single sub-conductor as in the prior art. Such a sub-conductor group 12 can also comprise more than two individual sub-conductors 11. A cross section through such a drill 10 with seven sub-conductor groups 12! to 127, each consisting of two individual juxtaposed sub-conductors 11 is shown in Fig. 3. The partial conductor bundle can again be provided with a winding 13, e.g. to protect the conductor 11 during transport or to stabilize the Teileiterbündels be surrounded.
In another possible embodiment of the inventive drill 10, two individual sub-conductors 11 are arranged one above the other and combined to form a sub-conductor group 12, which in turn is then twisted. "Superposition " in this case means that the sub-conductors 11 are arranged lying on their broad side surface to each other. Such a sub-conductor group 12 can also comprise more than two individual sub-conductors 11 arranged one above the other. A cross section through such a drill 10 with five sub-conductor groups 12! to 125, each consisting of two superimposed individual sub-conductors 11 is shown in Fig. 3. The partial conductor bundle can again be provided with a winding 13, e.g. to protect the conductor 11 during transport or to stabilize the Teileiterbündels be surrounded.
2/6It is also conceivable to form a subconductor group 12 of a plurality of juxtaposed and stacked subconductors 11, as indicated in Fig. 6, in turn, the entire subconductor group 12 is twisted. In the example according to FIG. 6, in each case four individual sub-conductors 11 are arranged next to one another and one above the other to form a sub-conductor group 12i to 125. 2.6
