    Kurzwellengenerator.

    Short wave generator.

The invention relates to a short wave generator for medical high frequency treatment according to patent no. 118393. The medical treatment can be carried out in three ways by means of this device. Firstly through the electromagnetic field, as it is given by a coil in the visual oscillation circle, secondly through the high-frequency current itself, in which the body part to be treated is traversed by the high frequency current by firmly applying electrodes (current electrodes) (diathermy), and finally thirdly in that the body part to be treated is brought into the electrical alternating field that occurs between two electrodes (field electrodes) that do not touch the body part. The invention aims to eliminate the difficulties caused by the use of electricity or.

Field electrodes occur when using ultra-short waves (from about 30 million Hertz upwards) on larger objects. These difficulties lie in particular in the fact that the longer supply cables to the electrodes, which are required for safety reasons for the patient, draw a great deal of energy from the oscillating circuits of the shortwave generator due to their distributed inductance and capacitance, so that the oscillations can break.

The essence of the invention is that the generator with the electricity or. Field electrodes connected by a high frequency feed line system. According to the general term used in high-frequency technology, a feed line system is to be understood as a line system,
