Metall eingebetteten Teilen mittels Schweissmaterial untereinander verschweisst.

Heatable and coolable vessels, plates, etc. like

Through the patent no. 113989 heatable and coolable vessels, plates u. Like. Protected with welded heating and cooling pipes, in which on a flat or curved metal wall
Tubes are welded in such a way that a pressed-in longitudinal strip of soft metal, e.g. B.

Copper, is located between the plate or the vessel wall and the tubes. When welding the pipes onto the metal wall, filler metals are used if the flat or

which in turn are firmly connected to the metal wall by cams, flanges or the like, on which: metal wall is imprinted, a layer of soft metal pricks into the space between each two pipes and the metal wall and finally the pipes are still exposed , not in soft
Metal embedded parts are welded together using welding material.

In this way it is possible to e.g. B. bowls or kettles made of silicon iron, cast iron, aluminum,
Silver, nickel steel that can be indirectly heated or cooled. As a result of the intimate connection of the pipes and the vessel wall by means of the soft metal supports, a good heat transfer is achieved. In particular, are in this way with heating or. Enamel kettles with cooling tubes are of technical value because they can not only be cooled, but, in contrast to the enamel kettles that have been used up to now, can be heated to temperatures of up to 300 C.

In the drawing (t is the metal surface, which here is intended to be flat; b are the pipes,

Welding metal, by means of which the pipes are firmly welded to one another, after the soft metal supports c have previously been caulked without air between the pipes and the wall.
