Fig. 2 Draufsicht) zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes.

Automatic boil-over prevention and heat regulator for large vessels.
The devices that have hitherto been used to prevent liquids from spilling over have the disadvantage that they can only be used in stoves with gas or electric firing, but not in stoves with wood, coal and similar firing. Furthermore, smaller or larger um- or. Construction work on the already existing stoves required.
The present invention relates to an automatic overcooking preventer and heat regulator for cooking vessels, which prevents the liquid from boiling up in any type of firing (gas, electric current, wood, coal, alcohol, petroleum, etc.) and easily just by pushing it under the cooking vessel at any time and can be used anywhere.
The drawing (Fig. 1 side view. Fig. 2 top view) shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Let there be: a a float, b a contact outside the cooking vessel. which is closed when the float is lifted, c a rod on which the contact b with the float can be adjusted in height

holes 7c3 and 7c4 are connected, the connection holes k2 and k3 are conductively connected to each other, r the attached end of the spring i and s an armature spring.
To use the subject of the invention, it is placed on the stove so that the grate t

Pushes the cooking vessel between the double grid t, thereby separating the vessel from the heating medium. Since, in addition to the refractory plate, there is also an insulating layer of air over the plate between the heating medium and the cooking vessel, boiling over is prevented.
In FIG. 2, e2, f2 and g2 (shown in dashed lines) mean the position of the refractory plate and lever after the spring i has been released and contracted.
Instead of the dry battery shown in the drawing, any other power source can be used; this is then connected to the two contact holes k2 and k4,

Also, instead of the electrical release device with contact and magnet, the. Spring are mechanically relaxed by z. B. pushed back the movable pin m when lifting the float by lever action and thus the ball o is free.

device is brought to fall and then brings the plate under the Koehgefäß by a pulling device.
The refractory plate is replaceable. By choosing larger, smaller or suitably perforated plates or by pushing the plates under different distances, which can easily be achieved with an adjustable locking pin, it is ensured that further cooking is either prevented at all or, if desired, to a lesser or greater extent without the risk of overcooking

that it has a refractory body, which at the moment of boiling of the liquid is brought between the cooking vessel and the heating means by means in connection with it, thus preventing the liquid from boiling over.
