   Die bekannten Verfahren zur Herstellung zweiteiliger Behälter für Brillen und andere Gebrauchsgegenstände durch Spritzguss haben den Nachteil, dass die Bohrungen der   Scharnierösen   sehr schwer herstellbar sind, daher hohe Kosten und viel Abfall verursachen. 



   Die Erfindung bezweckt die Behebung dieses Mangels, was dadurch möglich ist, dass nicht nur die   Scharnierösen   und die   Verschlussorgane   (Schnapper) aus einem   Stück   mit dem dazugehörigen Behälterteil hergestellt, sondern auch die Ausnehmungen der Ösen im gleichen Arbeitsvorgang dadurch gebildet werden, dass in die Form ein aus einem Stück Draht bestehender Kern eingelegt wird, der während

   Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren ist unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung, in der die beiden Hälften eines Behälters für Brillen dargestellt sind, beschrieben. 



   In dieser Zeichnung zeigt Fig. 1 eine Innenansicht der auseinandergenommenen Hälften und Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie A-B in Fig. 1. 



   Die Herstellung des Gusses erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise in einer mehrteiligen Form, die ebenso wie die eingesetzten Gusskerne aus Eisen besteht. Die Form lässt ausser den für die beiden Schalen 1, 2 erforderlichen Räumen auch noch entsprechende Hohlräume für die   Scharnierösen. 3, 4   und einem Schnapper 5 frei. Zur Bildung der Ösenaugen 6,7 werden in die Form Kerne, die aus einem Stück Draht bestehen, eingelegt. Das Giessen erfolgt in der Weise, dass in die geschlossene Form durch eine Düse die durch Erwärmung verflüssigte Gussmasse, beispielsweise Trolyt, unter Pressdruck eingespritzt wird.

   Nach dem Erkalten brauchen bloss die   nadelförmigen   Kerne aus den   Ösenaugen   der Scharnier herausgezogen werden und die beiden Hälften können schon durch einen gemeinsamen Scharnierbolzen miteinander verbunden werden. Der Behälter bedarf keiner   weiteren   Bearbeitung, ist somit in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang vollkommen fertig.
