Zange zum Entfernen vonschadhaften Kontaktstiften aus Blattfedern in Federsätzen für Relais od. dgl.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zange zum Entfernen von Kontaktstiften aus Blattfedern an FederSätzen von Relais od. dgl., um eine Erneuerung eines schadhaft gewordenen Kontaktes zu ermöglichen ohne Auswechslung des ganzen Kontaktsatzes oder der die schadhafte Kontakte aufweisenden Kontaktfedern. Gemäss der Erfindung wird dieses dadurch erreicht, dass die eine der beiden Backen mit einem Stempel und die andere mit einer den Nietkopf des zu entfernenden Kontaktstiftes aufnehmenden Aussparung versehen ist, bei einer derartig flachen Ausbildung beider Backen, dass die Zange leicht in den Federsatz eingeführt werden kann, bei Vermeidung unzulässiger Abbiegung benachbarter Kontaktfedern.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung in Fig. 1 in Seitenansicht, in Fig. 2 im Schaubild. Die beiden Backen 1 und 2 der Zange sind von flacher Ausbildung und vorne spitz verlaufend, so dass die Zange leicht ohne Nachhilfe an den Federn zwischen die Federn eines Kontaktfedersatzes eingeführt werden kann (Fig. 2). An der oberen Backe 1 befindet sich der Stempel 3. Diesem gegen- über ist auf der unteren Backe 2 eine Aussparung 4 vorgesehen, die dazu dient, den Stempel 3 in eine zentrale Lage zu der Kontaktstelle der zu durchlochenden Feder zu bringen. Durch Druck auf die Schenkel 5 der Zange wird alsdann die Kontaktstelle durchlocht und der Kontaktstift fällt aus der Aus- sparung 4 der unteren Backe 2 heraus.
Die so entstandene Öffnung in der Kontaktfeder kann nun zur Befestigung eines anderen Kontaktstiftes, vermittels eines hiezu geeigneten Werkzeuges benutzt werden.

The invention relates to pliers for removing contact pins from leaf springs on spring sets of relays or the like, in order to enable a renewal of a damaged contact without replacing the entire contact set or the contact springs having the damaged contacts. According to the invention, this is achieved in that one of the two jaws is provided with a punch and the other with a recess receiving the rivet head of the contact pin to be removed, with both jaws being so flat that the pliers can be easily inserted into the spring set can, if impermissible bending of adjacent contact springs is avoided.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention in FIG. 1 in a side view, in FIG. 2 in a diagram. The two jaws 1 and 2 of the pliers are flat and pointed at the front, so that the pliers can easily be inserted between the springs of a contact spring set without the need for additional assistance on the springs (FIG. 2). The punch 3 is located on the upper jaw 1. Opposite this, a recess 4 is provided on the lower jaw 2, which serves to bring the punch 3 into a central position at the contact point of the spring to be perforated. By pressing on the legs 5 of the pliers, the contact point is then perforated and the contact pin falls out of the recess 4 in the lower jaw 2.
The resulting opening in the contact spring can now be used to attach another contact pin by means of a suitable tool.
