Flascheuverschluss zur Verhinderung des Wiederfiillens der Flasche.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Flaschenverschluss zur Verhinderung des Wiederfüllens der Flasche, bei dem an einem im Flaschenhals befestigten Stopfen einerseits nach dem Flascheninnern zu eine ring- förmige Schale befestigt ist und anderseits ein Ringansatz vom Stopfen in den Ringraum der Schale hineinragt, und besteht das Neue darin, dass die Schale in der Mitte offen ist und dass von der Unterseite des Stopfens nahe dem äusseren Rand der Schale Kanäle durch den Pfropfen nach aussen hindurchgehen, von denen der eine den Flüssigkeitsablauf in den Ausgusssehnabel ermöglicht,
wogegen der andere entweder unmittelbar in die Aussenluft oder gleichfalls in den in diesem Falle eine besondere Lufteintritts- öffnung besitzenden Ausgussschnabel führt und den Luftzutritt beim Ausgiessen ermöglicht. Dieser neue Verschluss zeichnet sieh durch besondere Einfachheit und demgemäss durch billige Herstellungsmöglichkeit aus.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in Fig. 1-3 schematisch in einigen Ausführungsbeispielen dargestellt, u. zw. zeigen Fig. 1 und 2 senkrechte Schnitte durch zwei Ausführungsformen und Fig. 3 einen
Querschnitt dazu.
Es ist nach Fig. 1 und 3 in dem Flaschenhals 1 ein Korkring 2, nach Fig. 2 eine Kittdichtung angeordnet, innerhalb welcher Teile der Stopfen 5 mit den schräg von der Aussenseite nach der Mitte zu verlaufenden beiden Kanälen 7, 8liegt. Von diesen beiden Kanälen geht nach Fig. 1 der eine, 7, in den Flüssigkeitsablauf in dem Ausgussschnabel H, der andere, 8, unmittelbar in die Aussenluft, während nach Fig. 2 auch der letztere in den Ausgussschnabel führt, der zu diesem Zweck mit einer besonderen

Nachdem die Flasche gefüllt ist, werden die erwähnten Teile 2 bis 9 eingesetzt, während der Ausgussschnabel 11 einstweilen noch durch einen Korken vertreten ist. Er wird erst beim Gebrauch der Flasche eingesetzt. Neigt man dann die Flasche zum Ausgiessen, so tritt die Flüssigkeit durch den unten liegenden Teil der Schale 3, den Kanal 7 und den Ausgussschnabel H aus, während Luft durch das

Der Plasehenversehluss, sowie die dazu anwendbare Flasche können aus jedem beliebigen geeigneten Material, insbesondere auch aus Metall hergestellt werden. Die Korkringe 2 und 4 könnten dann auch durch Verschraubung, Vernietung, Verbolzung od. dgl. ersetzt werden. Ebenso ist auch bei Glas-oder Porzellanflasehen ein Ersatz der Korkringe 2 durch Anbringung von gerillten, gerauhten und verkitteten Teilen zulässig, wie in Fig. 2 angedeutet ist.
