Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

    Radio-Empfangsgeriit, das nach Belieben für Gleichstrom oder Wechselstromspeisung einzurichten ist.
 EMI1.1

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

    Radio receiver that can be set up as required for direct current or alternating current supply.
 EMI1.1

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

 supplies current to a circuit in which the rectifier 24 and flat capacitors 29, 30, 31 and 32 and impedances formed by ohmic resistors 25, 26, 27 and 28 are located. A line leads from the end of the resistor 28 to the terminal 33, which is connected to the terminal me 14, in which case the dry cell battery V for supplying the bias voltage can be dispensed with. The transformer wieklung 22, which is provided with a central branch, supplies the heating current. for the cathode of the rectifier 24 and for the cathodes of the high-frequency tube and the end tube of the receiver.

   The transformer winding 23 supplies the heating current for the detector which, in contrast to the other two tubes, is heated indirectly and which therefore usually has to be fed with a different voltage.

   FIGS. 2 and 3 show two views of the same device, in which alternating current supply is used in FIG. 2 and direct current supply in FIG. 3.

   Of this device, only the high-frequency tube 40, the detector tube 41 and the end tube 42 as well as the low-frequency transformer 43 and in one case the device W with the connecting contacts, in the other case the bias battery V are shown.

   From FIG. 2 it can be seen that the various contacts 1, 2, 3, etc. of the receiving device are for the most part connected to opposite contacts of the device W, while in FIG. 3 the various contacts of the device are grouped by the three brackets B, and B3 are connected.

   The device W has a shape such that, including the rectifier tube G, it has almost the same dimensions as the bias battery V and can therefore be conveniently arranged in its place.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Radio receiving device, characterized in that a series of contacts is provided, some of which are connected to the supply lines of the voltage sources, others to points of the circuit arrangement that must be fed from these sources, which contacts with each other in groups by bracket are to be connected or can be connected to corresponding contacts of a box arranged or to be arranged within the device, which contains a transformer, a rectifier with a flattener and a potentiometer, one and the other in such a way that in the former case the device for direct current, in second trap is set up for alternating current supply of the filaments,

   in which latter case the required negative grid potentials can be taken from the potentiometer at the same time.
