Description
Multi-system tube for receiver and amplifier circuits The object The present invention is concerned with a novel multi-system tube. These allows the construction of a simple network connection apparatus. With the previous ones, off an alternating current network operated receiver and amplifier devices of the wireless Telegraphy and telephony were the use of special rectifier tubes for the heating current and for the anode voltage of the tube circuit required. You need different sockets for the different rectifier tubes. The result was one extensive arrangement that made it difficult to assemble into a handy aptparat.
Multi-system rectifier stirrers with a common anode have become known, however, these aim to allow the anode current to flow through two different grids is controlled while the anodes are connected to each other. In addition, rectifier tubes were used proposed which have two separate heaters, but one have common anode.
The invention consists in a multi-system tube in which several Rectifier systems for different powers with separate cathodes, but in terms of circuitry and possibly also structurally combined anodes together with those to be fed Amplifier systems are built in and in which the connection between the rectifier anodes and the amplifier cathodes inside the tube. The inventive Tube contains a rectifier system in the event that it is used in power supply units for the heating current and another. Rectifier system for the anode voltage. Nothing stands in the way, including a third rectifier system for removal the grid voltage of the amplifier systems in the common vessel. as well can be used for other purposes, e.g. B. the field excitation of dynamic loudspeakers, Rectifier systems are built into the vessel. How this is thought in detail is explained in an exemplary embodiment.
In the figure is the scheme of the tube circuit according to the invention shown. In detail, r is the vessel in which the cathode 2 with the anode .3 and the cathode q. with the anode 5 is installed. The line 6 connects the two anodes 3 and 5 together.
The diode 2, 3 is provided for the supply of the heating current for the cathode 8, the diode q., 5 for rectifying the voltage for the anode 9 of the amplifier and receiver systems. The AC voltages to be rectified and required for heating the cathodes of the rectifier tube are supplied to a transformer with secondary winding ii for. `the heating of the cathode 2, with the secondary` winding 1 2 for the heating of the cathode 4 ;, 'with the secondary winding 13 for the heating' of the cathode 8, with the secondary winding 14 for the anode voltage. Inn manner known per se are inserted between the cathode 8 and the supply winding 13 calming members which is provided in the present case of a resistor or inductor 1 5 and the two electrolytic capacitors 16 and 17 and exist. Similarly, between the anode 9 and the feed winding 1q. the choke 18 with the capacitors i9 and 20 is provided. Furthermore, a resistor 21 of suitable size is provided in the anode line of the multi-system tube with the calming elements 22 and 24 and the usual grid discharge resistor 23 to remove the grid bias voltage in the tube.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, this is for the Delivery of the heating current certain rectifier system so dimensioned that Saturation current equal to the amplifier heating current required for normal operation is. This avoids the problem of drawing the heating current from rectifier systems o. The like. Occurring bad situation that with network fluctuations or other changes overcurrents occur due to the operating conditions and the tubes can burn out. This is generally done in such a way that the cathode 2 or the distance between cathode 2 and 3 is chosen so that the resulting saturation current of the magnitude of the heating current of the tube circuit required in normal operation is: When heating multiple systems, you become rectifiers in many In cases where the filaments are connected in series rather than parallel connection: Another advantage of the arrangement is that with the same number requires lead-throughs like a common, indirectly heated multiple tube with three levels. The grid bias resistors 21 are also used for this purpose : finitely associated calming elements-22 and, z4 built into the vacuum. Further Recommended in this case, between the rectifier systems and the tube circuit to arrange a shield 3o shown in dash-dotted lines.
