    Radiodetektor.

    Radio detector.

The subject of the invention is a radio detector which consists of artificially produced crystals and is enclosed in a narrow tube and housed in a shock-proof manner, its electrodes being kept permanently pressed against one another.

According to the invention, the detector is formed from a tiny iron rod and a silicon carbide crystal, which electrodes are held together in an insulating tube by contact pins that can be screwed into it, optionally with the interposition of helical springs.

The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing.

In the tube 1 made of insulating material, a contact pin 2 is screwed, which with
 EMI1.1
making conductive contact, with one end the helical spring 4, the other end of which is connected to the Zereisenstäbchen 5 of the detector. The second electrode consists of a crystal made of silicon carbide 6, which is pressed against the pulling rod 5 by means of the helical spring 7. A screw pin 8 supports the spring 7 and is used to connect the receiver line. A tuning coil is connected between the capacitor 3 and the pin 8 by means of the lines 9 and 10.

The particularly resistant electrode material, its enclosure in an insulating tube only a few millimeters thick, enable a very flat, durable and inexpensive design of a detector device particularly suitable for advertising purposes, which is insensitive to vibrations and shocks; the detector, which is always ready to receive without any further adjustment, ensures absolutely pure reception thanks to the electrodes pressed together by screws and springs and always responds immediately and well.
