Es ist bereits bekannt, die verstärkten Ränder der Verdeckbezüge von Kraftwagen in am Wagenkasten angeordneten, an einer Seite offenen Rinnen festzuhalten. Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet die Ausgestaltung dahin, dass die mit einander genäherten Rändern versehenen Rinnen, in welche die verstärkten Ränder des Verdeekbezuges eingefügt werden, aus Gummi od. dgl. bestehen, um unter Wahrung eines wasser-und staubdichten Verschlusses die Herstellung bzw. Trennung der Verbindung durch Auseinanderspreizen der Ränder bewirken zu können.
