Number switch for telephone systems with dialer operation.
The invention relates to number dials with a dial and aims at a particularly secure locking of the pulse disc while the disc is being wound while avoiding the otherwise customary special locking wheel and locking spring.
EMI1.1
is attached to the pulse disc on the same axis, the brake spindle is pressed against the steep flank of the brake spindle when it is lifted so that it cannot turn. The pulse disk is held in place during the winding of the disk, further by the fact that the spindle shaft, which is mounted with axial play, is clamped with a beveled bearing journal against a pin inserted transversely through the bearing bush, whereby any rotation is prevented.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown. Fig. 1 illustrates a bottom view, Figs. 2 and 3 details of the subject invention.
The disk is drawn up from the finger disk, not shown here, which is firmly connected to the shaft 3 (FIG. 1). When the disk is drawn up, a worm wheel 19 presses against the steeply formed flanks 32 of a worm spindle 20. The worm wheel 19 is driven by a drive 21, in which a gear 10 engages, driven.
In order to move the impulse disk 23, which occurs when the disk expires, which
EMI1.2
is driven, to avoid in the elevator, both the teeth of the tendon gear 19 and the flanks 32 of the brake spindle 20 which are in engagement with it are steep in the radial direction towards the spindle axis. The wheel 19 is therefore unable to turn the spindle when the disc is being wound up, the spindle thus blocks the impulse disc 23 attached to the wheel 19 on the same axis pressed, whereby a particularly secure locking is effected.
As a result of the axial play of the spindle 20, the wheel 19 moves it in the opposite direction during the run, whereby the blocking caused when the disc is lifted is canceled.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Number switch with dial, characterized in that on the worm spindle (20) used to drive the brake, the flank (32) touched by the drive wheel (19) when the dial is lifted, in contrast to the other flank touched when the finger washer is running, against the Spindle axis is formed steeply.
