   Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzvorrichtung an Strassenbahnwagen. Die umstehende Zeichnung zeigt den Erfindungsgegenstand in Fig. 1 in Seitenansicht und in Fig. 2 im Grundriss, während Fig. 3 einen Schnitt durch den horizontalen Teil des Schutznetzes darstellt. An der Stirnseite des Wagens hängt ein in zwei Führungen geführter und entsprechend geformter Stahldraht a, der den Rand des Schutznetzes bildet. Die Verbindung zwischen den seitlichen Teilen des Drahtes a besteht aus   sçhmalen   Stahlstreifen b ; über das so gebildete Gerippe wird ein Netz c gespannt. Der vordere Rand des auf diese Art gebildeten Schutznetzes ist mit einem Kautschukpuffer versehen. 



   Das Wesentliche der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht nun darin, dass der Achsbüchsrahmen des Wagens eine Verlängerung d besitzt, auf welche sich die das Schutznetz tragenden, am Wagenboden befestigten Federn e stützen, welche derart geformt sind, dass bei einer Senkung des Wagenkastens das Fangnetz emporgehoben wird, so zwar, dass beim Schaukeln des Wagens das Schutznetz nie mit dem Boden in Berührung kommen kann.
