Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Handhabung eines vorkomprimierten Dichtbandes (6), welches auf einer Dichtbandrolle (4) aufgerollt ist. Um ein unkontrolliertes Expandieren oder Teleskopieren des Dichtbandes bzw. der Dichtbandrolle (4) zu vermeiden ist erfindungsgemäß eine Kassette (1) zur Aufnahme der Dichtbandrolle (4) mit einer Entnahmeöffnung (7) für das Dichtband (6) vorgesehen, wobei die Kassette (1) eine Klemmeinrichtung (10) aufweist, die auf den Endbereich (9) des vorkomprimierten Dichtbandes (6) einwirkt, um ein vorzeitiges Expandieren des Dichtbandes (6) zu verhindern.The invention relates to a device for handling a precompressed sealing strip (6), which is rolled up on a sealing strip roll (4).
