  Elektrotherapeutisches Instrument zur Gonorrhöebehandlung. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft   ein Instl1lment zur Gononhöebehandlung,   bestehend aus einer Röhre, die mit einem regelbaren Zufluss und Abfluss versehen ist und in ihrem Inneren eine Elektrode enthält. 



  Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass die über ihre ganze Länge mit Löchern versehene Röhre durch eine gleichzeitig als Elektrode dienende, metallische Scheidewand unterteilt ist. Hiedurch wird der Vorteil erreicht, dass ein einziges Organ, nämlich diese Scheidewand, gleichzeitig   als Stromzuführung   und als Zirkulationsregler dienen kann. 



   Das in der Zeichnung dargestellte Instrument besteht aus einer Röhre   a,   die mit zahlreichen Löchern

 Scheidewand d, die in eine Klemme e zum Anschluss der   Stromzuführung   endet. Diese Scheidewand bildet die eine Elektrode, wohingegen die andere durch eine Metallplatte, die an irgendeiner passenden Stelle, beispielsweise an den Unterleib, angelegt wird, gebildet ist. Durch die elektrolytische Wirkung wird eine   Ionenwanderung angeregt,   die auf jontophoretischem Wege das Medikament beträchtlich in die Tiefe bringt und so eine tiefgehende   medikamentöse     Durchspülung   ermöglicht.

   Damit eine wirksame Applikation des   Medikamentes ermöglicht wird,   ist die Röhre   a   in bekannter Weise mit einem auswechselbaren durchl$ssigen Überzug f aus einem passenden Gewebe versehen, das die aus den   Löchern   der Röhre a austretende Flüssigkeit über eine weite Fläche verteilt. Zum Einstellen der Röhre auf die Länge des zu behandelnden   Körperteiles   ist in bekannter Weise eine   veretellbare Glocke g   vorhanden.

   The invention relates to an installation for the treatment of gonons, consisting of a tube which is provided with a controllable inflow and outflow and which contains an electrode inside.



  The invention consists in the fact that the tube, which is provided with holes over its entire length, is divided by a metallic partition wall which also serves as an electrode. This has the advantage that a single organ, namely this partition, can simultaneously serve as a power supply and as a circulation regulator.
