Fig. 2 zeigt eine kastenförmige Heizplatte für Gasheizung.

Device for the production of imitated embossing in the printing press.
The invention relates to the further embodiment of the device protected under patent no. 102981 for producing Jl11chgeahmter embossed embossings in the printing press, the essence of which is to expose the resin powder dusted on fresh prints in the printing press to the thermal effect of a heated plate.
EMI1.1
the metal parts of the printing press are excessively heated, making work unsafe or even impossible.
The essence of the invention is that the heating plate (regardless of whether it is heated electrically, with gas or in some other way) is attached to the grippers of the printing press, so that it follows their movement and only at the moment of printing comes into contact with other parts of the press for a short time.
In order to be able to use a single full-size heating plate for all work, at which all points that are not considered for the heat dissipation can be covered in a simple manner by asbestos cardboard, the arrangement according to the invention is made so that any shaped cover sheets for fastening Asbestos cardboard or the like.
Evenly distributed screw holes are provided in the surface of the heating plate, into which threaded plugs provided with outwardly protruding tips are screwed into the areas to be covered with asbestos, so that the appropriately cut pieces of asbestos cardboard are held by them by pressing them onto these tips, while the others Screw holes are closed with smooth screws that lie in the plane of the heating plate.
Finally, the invention relates to a special arrangement when using gas as heating

supply pipe and a pipe socket seated on the box-shaped heating plate in the connection line of the gripper joints, a small adjusting valve is provided, which throttles the gas supply when the gripper is opened, while when the gripper goes down on the pressure plate, this valve releases the full gas supply.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in FIG. 1 with an electric heating plate and in FIG. 2 with a gas heating plate.
The electric heating plate 1 shown in FIG. 1 is fastened to the grippers 2 with screws and therefore follows the movement thereof. The current is through the flexible cable. The surface of the heating plate is provided with a large number of screw holes evenly distributed over the same, which are generally closed by the smooth screws 4. Instead of these screws, those with the tip 5 pointing outwards can also be screwed in. These are used to attach the appropriately cut pieces of asbestos cardboard 6 wherever the heating effect

Fig. 2 shows a box-shaped heating plate for gas heating. The gas flows into the interior of the box through the pipe socket 7, which is formed into a tap housing 8 at the lower end.
The axis of the tap housing lies in the connecting line of the joints of the grippers 2, so that it only executes a rotating movement, but the gripper remains in place when it is folded down. In the cock vertebra. 9 leads to the supply pipe 10. The tap bores are arranged in such a way that when the gripper is opened, the gas supply is throttled, but not completely shut off. When the gripper is folded down, the tap is opened completely.
In the surface of the heating plate 1, numerous evenly distributed burner nozzles 11 are arranged, which are provided with small screw threads and can be closed by screwing in locking screw pieces, so that only the part of the heating plate used is heated.
