    Verfahren zur Herstellung von   hohlen   Langhörpern,   wie Rohren, Masten u. dgl. nach dem Schleuderverfahren. 



   Es ist bekannt, hohle Langkörper, wie Rohre, Masten u. dgl. aus bewehrtem Beton in der Weise herzustellen, dass der Beton auf die Innenwandung einer sich langsam um ihre Achse drehenden Form nach und nach auffallen gelassen wird, u. zw. unter Miteinbettung einer Eisenbewehrung. Während dieses Arbeitsvorganges wird sorgfältig darauf geachtet, dass keine Trennung der Massen nach ihrem spezifischen Gewicht durch zu grosse Schleuderkraft eintritt. 



   Bei dem den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildenden Verfahren wird ebenfalls eine wagrechte. sich drehende Aussenform verwendet und der Beton zunächst in plastischem Mörtelzustande ebenfalls bei solcher Drehgeschwindigkeit der Form in sie fallen gelassen, dass die Schleuderwirkung nicht zu gross und jede Trennung der verschiedenen Mörtelbestandteile verhindert wird. So wird zunächst in bekannter Art eine im Querschnitt gleichmässige äussere Schicht des Rohres erzielt.

   Dann aber wird, im Gegensatz zu den bisherigen Verfahren, eine zweite, innere Schicht aufgebracht, u. zw. bei derart erhöhter Drehgeschwindigkeit der Form, dass bei dieser zweiten Schicht eine Trennung durch die Schleuderkraft erfolgt, also gerade dasjenige eintritt, was man bei den bisherigen Verfahren mit allen Mitteln zu vermeiden bestrebt war, nämlich, dass sich schichtenweise reiner Zement und auf diesem als innerste Fläche des Rohres Kalkhydrat absetzt. 



   Das Wesen des den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildenden Verfahrens liegt also darin, dass man unter Beibehaltung desselben Formgutes am fertigen Erzeugnis drei unter sich verschiedene konzentrische Schichten erhält und dass man im zweiten Arbeitsgang die höchstmögliche Drehgeschwindigkeit ausnutzen kann, wodurch trotz Trennung der Masse in ihre Bestandteile eine derartige Zusammenpressung der Masse erzielt wird, dass das Rohr fester gegen Innendruck, grössere   Wasserundurchlässigkeit   und eine glattere Innenfläche erhält, als die nach den bekannten Verfahren hergestellten Rohre.
