Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung turmartiger, fugenloser Behälter aus bildsamem Baustoff. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von turmartigen, fugenlosen Behältern aus bildsamem Baustoff und besteht darin, daß zunächst ein zerleg- und verstellbares Arbeitsgerüst aufgestellt wird, welches aus Scheiben a am unteren und am oberen Ende des Gerüstes besteht, die unter sich durch Ständer c verbunden sind. Dieses Gerüst bestimmt den inneren Querschnitt und die Höhe des zu erstellenden Behälters. Zwischen den festliegenden Scheiben a ist eine bewegliche Scheibe e angeordnet, welche als Arbeitsbühne dient und an den äußeren Ständern c und einem in der Achse befindlichen Ständer d verschiebbar ist. An das Ait@eitsgerüst wird ein BewehrungsgerippE. _oder..-Geflecht angeheftet, welches zweckmäßig aus'ttrtxechten Stäben h beliebigen Stoffes ünd aus'- Seilen, Geflechten oder Geweben aus Gras-, Stroh- oder Holzwolle k besteht. Dieses netzartige Bewehrungsgeflecht, dessen Seile zur Erhöhungihrer Widerstandsfähigkeit mixt einer Seele aus Draht oder Jute versehen werden können, dient zur schulungslosen Herstellung eines äußeren Mörtelmantels Z, -welcher die im Behälter auftretenden Spannungen aufzunehmen hat und zu diesem Zwecke die netzartige Bewehrung erhält.
