  Verfahren zur Verarbeitung von Zinkpulver auf flüssiges Zink. 



   Es ist bereits bekannt, Zinkpulver in der Weise auf flüssiges Zink zu verarbeiten, dass das Zinkpulver in heissem Zustande bzw. unter gleichzeitiger Erhitzung einer mechanischen Bearbeitung unterzogen wird. 



   Es ist ebenfalls bekannt, diese Behandlung in einer rotierenden oder oszillierenden Trommel vorzunehmen mit oder ohne gleichzeitiger Erhitzung. In letzterem Falle ist vorgeschlagen worden, eine so grosse Menge von Pulver auf einmal zu behandeln, dass das Pulver durch den eigenen Druck den für die beabsichtigte Reibung des Pulvers erforderlichen Druck ausübt. 



   Es ist weiter vorgeschlagen worden, eine Behandlung des Pulvers im Kondensator auszuführen, indem letzterer rotierend, schwingend oder schüttelnd angeordnet wurde. 



   Es wurde nun gefunden, dass ein vorzügliches Ergebnis erhalten wird, wenn dem rotierenden Ofen oder der Trommel, worin die Behandlung des Pulvers erfolgt, während der Drehung kräftige Stösse senkrecht zur Achse der Trommel erteilt werden, wodurch in dem Pulver Setzungen entstehen und die flüssigen Metallteile zum Zusammenfliessen gebracht werden. 



   Das Verfahren wird beispielsweise so ausgeführt, dass die Trommel in offenen Lagern ruht und dass die Laufringe am Umfang der Trommel mit einer oder mehreren Unebenheiten versehen werden, welche, wenn sie die Laufrollen passieren, Setzungen in der   Pulvermasse   bewirken.
