Flame tube boiler with water tube boiler inserted into the flame tube.
The invention relates to a fire tube boiler with an extendable water tube boiler inserted into the fire tube and consists primarily in that the rear water chamber of the water tube chamber forms the rear wall of the combustion chamber.
The boiler consists of the following components. : 1 boiler casing, 2 arched window box, 3 crampton pipe, 4 protective plate, 5 steam collector, 6 corrugated flame pipe, 7 water pipes of the water pipe boiler, 8 chimney, 9 removable deck 1 the water comb (r Wh 10 grate, 11 fire door, 12 food head, 13 removable lid the water chamber 17, M partition, 15 connecting pipe from the water

Through the fire box, flame tube and part of the smoke chamber, the water roller boiler, consisting of the water pipes 7 and the two water chambers 17 and 17, is pushed in and can be pulled out through the fastening glass 17 with the flame tube boiler.
The interior of the water tube boiler is connected to the Crampton tube 3 or to the inner flame tube boiler through the connecting tube 15.
The rear water chamber W is extended downwards, so that the rear wall of the fire box is formed with it, and accommodates the fire door 11 and the feed head 12.
The partition 14 forces the feed water entering the feed head 12 to circulate in the water tube boiler.
In operation, the boiler has the exception that the water pipe and the connecting pipe 15 are completely filled with water, while the water in the flame tube only reaches the water level mark 16, so that part of the fire box and the flame tube is not covered by the boiler water, however, these boiler parts are rinsed by the feed water rising from the water tube boiler through the connecting pipe 15 and distributed by the Crampton pipe 3 through its small openings on the underside.
The measure that part of the fire box and the flame tube are only washed over by water is due to the fact that the boiling water coming from the water tube boiler is quickly evaporated.
However, this facility means that the boiler must be continuously fed
