Arrangement for magnet systems, especially for stepper mechanisms.
The invention relates to magnet systems, in particular to those of landing gates.
Its purpose is to allow a simple change in the air gap between core and armature.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the magnet system is arranged to be adjustable about the axis of rotation of the armature. This setting option of the anchor BEZW. of the magnet system, an adjustment of the step size of the working pawl arranged on the armature is achieved at the same time with stepping mechanisms.
As an attachment example, a stepping mechanism for rotary selectors is shown in the drawing according to FIGS. 1 and 2, in which, for the sake of simplicity, all parts that are not essential for understanding the invention have been omitted. In Fig. 1, the rotary selector with its associated magnet system is shown in plan view. Fig. 2 shows a side view of the magnet system in which the switch arm set and the contact bank of the selector have been removed.
EMI1.1
the base plate d for the fastening screws 81 and s2 of the magnet system have a larger diameter than this, so the magnet system formed from the yoke n, the coil e and the core r can be rotated around the axis g and in this way the air gap between Change core and anchor as desired.
The armature of the electromagnet is designed here for indirect work, i. H. when tightening the
EMI1.2
switches.
By changing the air gap, as described above, the step size for the abutment kliake k, which is limited on the one hand by the stop a and on the other hand by the pressing of the anchor b onto the core r, can be set as desired. Furthermore, through the adjustment of the backstop a made possible by means of the screw t, the switching arms f can be brought into an exact central position relative to their fixed contacts m. As a result of these arrangements, a very simple adjustment option is given, which is of great importance for a good working of the stepping mechanism.
