Headphone for radio sets.
In the case of the radio receivers now in use, earthing is accomplished by connecting the earth terminal of the radio apparatus to a counterweight or to the water or gas pipe.
In the present invention, the human body itself is used as a counterweight or as grounding via the head telephone, which has the advantage of reducing the disturbing background noises quite significantly.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown on a double-headed telephone as an example.
The detector circuit current reaches the windings of the electromagnet 1 of the first hearing box through the supply cable 2 and the plug pin 3, further through the connecting cable 4 to the windings of the electromagnet 5 of the second hearing box, then from the end of the windings of the electromagnet 5 Z: 1 of the terminal 6 , which is in conductive connection with the metallic hearing socket - finally through the metallic covering 8 of the ebonite protective cap 7 to the skin surface of the listener and through his body to earth. The ebonite protection cap 7 can also be replaced by a metallic cap.
EMI1.1
then on the same path as the detector circuit current to the skin surface of the human body and through this to the earth.
Of course, this circuit can also be used for a single hearing socket.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Kopttelephon for radio sets, characterized in that the surface of the hearing socket lying against the ear of the listener is made electrically conductive and brought into conductive connection with the terminals of the radio set via the windings of the telephone magnet, so that the human body is used as a counterweight or as grounding is used.
