Druckknopf taster.

Push button button.
The invention relates to such pushbutton buttons, in which metal rods forming terminals protrude into the cavity of the insulating pushbutton capsule on the outside, which form the pressure contact with a sheet metal cap carried by the compression spring and consists in the fact that the pushbutton capsule is connected to the button carrier or button cover by means of longitudinal strips screwed to the capsule jacket is fastened with a rim or a rim, which goes through the push-button opening and between its outer rim and inner folded prongs clamp both the button carrier and the strips on a ring connecting them, with incisions can be provided on the front edge of the push-button capsule, in which the Kick in the prongs to prevent the capsule from twisting.
The metal rods enter the capsule through the outer surface, i.e. perpendicular to the axis, and are designed as threaded bolts so that the distance between the tips can be adjusted in order to prevent arcing during high-voltage operation.
This switch, the components of which can be manufactured and installed in the simplest and most economical way imaginable, can be built into any type of push button switch (wall, table, pear and similar switches) without modification.
In the drawing, an embodiment of a button according to the invention is for illustration
EMI1.1
1, 3 show a section along line e-d in FIGS. 2 and FIG. 4 shows the capsule in plan view.
In the drawing, 1 denotes the cover of the button or the button carrier, by means of which it is attached to the wall or the like and which can also form the upper part of a switch bulb or the like, 2 the push button, 3 the one housed in its inner cavity Sheet metal cap, 4 their lower flange, 5 made of ebonite or the like.
produced Drucklmopf- or compression spring capsule, 6 the recess in its lower part, on the bottom 7 of which the compression spring 8 is supported on the one hand, while the other end of the spring holds the sheet metal cap 3 in the push-button cavity, 9 the metal bolts projecting diametrically into the capsule cavity, which as Threaded bolts are produced and mutually adjustable, 10 their outer clamping screws, 11 the flange sleeve which penetrates the push-button opening in the button carrier, 12 the flat ring with the longitudinal strips 13, which are fastened to the capsule jacket by screws 16, 14 the bent prongs of the flange sleeve 11 by means of which on the one hand the ring 12 between them and the button carrier and the button carrier is clamped again between the board and the ring,
15 the incisions at the edge of the mouth of the capsule 5, in which the folded prongs 14 of the sleeve 11 come to rest.
The electrical connection is established when the flange 4 of the sheet metal cap 3 comes into contact with the inner ends 17 of the metal bolts 9.
