Drive for talking machines or the like.
The present invention relates to drives for speech machines or the like, in particular to the storage and adjustment of the controller. To adjust the controller, the bearing pin of the controller axis according to the invention can be rotated in a bearing designed as a ball and this bearing ball lies in a pivotable ball holder, so that the setting of the ball holder also adjusts the bearing ball receiving the axial pin of the controller axis.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown, u. Between shows: FIG. 1 the drive of the speaking machine with housing with the cover plate removed in a plan view; 2 in vertical longitudinal section; Fig. 3 in vertical cross section and Fig. 4 the storage device for the regulator

on the line A-B of Figure 4; 6 shows a vertical section through the turntable axis, partly in view.
The housing 1 has a downward bulge 4 to accommodate the turntable axis 2 and the controller 3 and its axis 25, which is located to the side of the motor 10. The controller 3 and its axis 25 are mounted in this housing recess 4. In addition, the housing recess 4 in the lower part forms a bearing for the turntable axis 2, while the upper storage of the plate axis 2 takes place in the board 5, in which the other drive wheels and axles, such. B. the drive shaft 6 of the speech machine motor 10 are mounted. The motor axis 6 is also mounted in the housing body 1 at 8 (FIG. 2).
For the execution, it does not matter whether the controller 3 or its axis 25 is arranged parallel or, as in the drawing, perpendicular to the plate axis 2, that is to say in a horizontal plane.
One bearing journal 24 of the controller axis 25 is rotatable in a bearing 26 designed as a ball, FIGS. 4 and 5. In the bearing ball of this spherical bearing 26, a steel ball 27 is arranged in a manner known per se to absorb the axial journal pressure, but it is fixed here is pressed into the bearing ball 26. In addition, the bearing ball 26 has a transverse bore 28 for supplying the lubricating oil.
The bearing ball 26 lies loosely in a semicircular recess of the lower part made of sound-absorbing material and is held in place by a steel spring plate 30 that extends over it. The spring plate 30 is clamped onto the base 29 by two screws 31, 32. In addition, an eccentric screw 33 is also provided which, after loosening the screws 31, 32, is used for fine adjustment of the spring plate 30 and thus the bearing ball 23.
By loosening the screws 31, 32, the plate 30 is released and the bearing ball 26 is thereby loosened in the semicircular recess of the lower part 29. If you now turn the eccentric screw 33 somewhat, the ball holder 30 and the screw 31 can be pivoted and the engagement between the bearing pin 24 of the controller axis 25 and the bearing ball 26 can be changed more or less. For this purpose, the ball holder 30 is provided with a slot 34, 35 each for the screws 32, 33 to pass through, FIG. 4. Once the bearing ball 26 has been correctly adjusted, the screws 31, 32
