Abstract

La presente divulgación proporciona una población de células CD4IL⁻¹⁰ / CAR (de dador único autólogo o alogénico y de polidadores alogénicos) generada al modificar genéticamente células T CD4⁺ para que expresen IL-10 y un receptor de antígeno quimérico.
