Abstract
La divulgación se refiere a composiciones y métodos para reducir la concentración de asparagina libre en el grano de las plantas de trigo. El grano de las plantas de trigo tiene un potencial de formación de acrilamida reducido. También se proporcionan productos de baja acrilamida producidos a partir del grano.
