Abstract
Una instalación para la preparación de combustibles sintéticos, en particular de combustible para turbopropulsores (queroseno), gasolina bruta y/o diésel, comprende: a) un dispositivo de preparación de gas de síntesis para la preparación de un gas de síntesis bruto a partir de metano, agua y dióxido de carbono, en donde el dispositivo de preparación de gas de síntesis presenta al menos una sección de reacción, en la que reaccionan metano, agua y dióxido de carbono para dar el gas de síntesis bruto, así como al menos una sección de generación de calor, en la que mediante combustión de combustible para dar gas de combustión se genera el calor necesario para la reacción de metano y dióxido de carbono para dar el gas de síntesis bruto, b) un dispositivo de separación para la separación de dióxido de carbono del gas de síntesis bruto preparado en el dispositivo de preparación de gas de síntesis, c) un dispositivo de Fischer-Tropsch para la preparación de hidrocarburos mediante un procedimiento de Fischer-Tropsch a partir del gas de síntesis, del que se ha separado dióxido de carbono en el dispositivo de separación, y d) un dispositivo de refinación para la refinación de los hidrocarburos preparados en el dispositivo de Fischer-Tropsch para dar los combustibles sintéticos, en donde la instalación comprende además e1) un dispositivo de separación para la separación de dióxido de carbono del gas de combustión descargado a través de la conducción de descarga para el gas de combustión del dispositivo de preparación de gas de síntesis y/o e2) una conducción de reconducción de gas de combustión, que está unida con la sección de generación de calor del dispositivo de preparación de gas de síntesis, en donde i) el dióxido de carbono separado del gas de combustión o bien el gas de combustión a través de la conducción de reconducción de gas de combustión así como ii) el dióxido de carbono separado del gas de síntesis bruto o bien se alimentan directamente al dispositivo de preparación de gas de síntesis o se alimentan en primer lugar a un dispositivo de compresión de dióxido de carbono y desde allí se alimentan al dispositivo de preparación de gas de síntesis, en donde la instalación comprende además un dispositivo de electrolisis para la separación de agua en hidrógeno y oxígeno, en donde el dispositivo de electrolisis presenta una conducción de alimentación de agua, una conducción de descarga de oxígeno y una conducción de descarga de hidrógeno y en donde desde la conducción de descarga de oxígeno, una conducción conduce hacia la conducción de alimentación para el gas que contiene oxígeno hacia el dispositivo de preparación de gas de síntesis.
