Abstract
En la presente se proporcionan métodos para aumentar la eficiencia de transformación de células vegetales. Estos métodos incluyen exponer las células vegetales a un medio líquido que contiene un tensioactivo. Después de la exposición al medio que contiene tensioactivo, las células pueden volverse más susceptibles de transformación y pueden transformarse genéticamente usando métodos conocidos en la técnica. La exposición de las células al medio que contiene tensioactivo antes de la transformación puede aumentar la eficacia de transformación de la planta en comparación con la eficacia de transformación de las células no expuestas al medio que contiene tensioactivo.
