Abstract
Un sensor que comprende un transistor de efecto de campo de un material semiconductor en nanoláminas bidimensionales con una nanoarquitectura interfacial que comprende un elemento de reconocimiento, un elemento estructural y un recubrimiento polimérico, siendo un electrodo compuerta del transistor coplanar con un electrodo drenador y un electrodo fuente del transistor; un sistema que utiliza el sensor y métodos de preparación y uso de los mismos. El sensor descrito tiene una mayor estabilidad y una nanoarquitectura interfacial adecuada para la inmovilización de un amplio número de elementos de reconocimiento sin pérdida de su actividad biológica.
