Abstract
Un conector de caños de tipo de compresión para acoplar un segmento de un caño a otro nodo en una cañería y otro segmento de cañería. El conector tiene segmentos de compresión de conector de caños que están conectados de forma entrelazada y separable entre sí para formar un sello hermético entre ellos. El conector de caños está configurado para formar un orificio externo a través del cual los fluidos transportados, dispuestos o almacenados dentro de un anillo que se forma dentro de una tubería flexible de múltiples capas puedan fluir a la vez que proporciona un orificio central por el que puedan fluir los hidrocarburos que se transportan a través del diámetro interno. Los segmentos del conector de caños están conectados juntos mediante pernos de compresión horizontal y vertical para crear un sello hermético fluido entre los segmentos del conector.
