Abstract

La presente está dirigida a un método de oxidación de 5-cloro-2-((3,4,4-trifluorobut-3-en-1-il)tio)-13,32-tiazol y análogos de este a la sulfona correspondiente, utilizando un oxidante y un catalizador metálico a base de óxido. Reivindicación 1: Un método para la preparación de un compuesto representado por la estructura de la fórmula (1), que comprende el paso de contactar en una mezcla de reacción un compuesto de la fórmula (2), caracterizado por que R es un anillo heterocíclico seleccionado de tiofeno, tiazol, isotiazol, tiadiazol y tiatriazol, donde el anillo heterocíclico está opcionalmente halogenado; y n es un número entero entre 1 y 6; con un oxidante de peroxígeno en una fase acuosa acídica en presencia de un catalizador.
