Abstract

En este documento se desvelan tamices moleculares de carbono y métodos para prepararlos a través de la pirólisis de un precursor de polímero en presencia de una corriente de gas reactivo que incluye una fuente de hidrógeno. Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para controlar una estructura de los poros de un tamiz molecular de carbono caracterizado por: proporcionar un precursor de polímero; calentar el precursor de polímero en una cámara al menos a una temperatura a la que el precursor de polímero experimenta pirólisis; y hacer fluir una corriente de gas reactivo a través de la cámara durante el calentamiento.
