Abstract
Proceso y aparato para producir hidrocarburos a partir de poliolefinas, estando caracterizado por los pasos de: triturar material de poliolefinas presentes en residuos sólidos; calentar el material triturado de poliolefinas en un medio de fusión hasta alcanzar un estado fluido; introducir el fluido poliolefínico en un medio de craqueo térmico y someterlo a temperatura de craqueo a una presión de reacción superior a 40 kg/cm² durante un tiempo comprendido entre 3,0 y 5,0 minutos con una velocidad de circulación del fluido comprendida entre 0 y 0,5 m/seg; separar el producto craqueado obtenido en un medio de separación para obtener diferentes productos de hidrocarburos. Este procedimiento permite proporcionar un destino de utilidad a los materiales plásticos de residuos sólidos de bajo peso y alta superficie, que de otra manera no se reciclan por no ser económico el método. Asimismo, al utilizar poliolefinas, las cuales en ausencia de oxígeno no generan depósitos de carbón a altas temperaturas y velocidades bajas, se logra un horno reactor más pequeño, de mayor simplicidad y menor costo de fabricación. Los productos obtenidos son similares a los de cracking catalítico.Process and apparatus for producing hydrocarbons from polyolefins, being characterized by the steps of: grinding polyolefin material present in solid waste; heating the ground polyolefin material in a melting medium to a fluid state; introducing the polyolefinic fluid in a thermal cracking medium and subjecting it to a cracking temperature at a reaction pressure greater than 40 kg / cm² for a time between 3.0 and 5.0 minutes with a fluid circulation speed between 0 and 0.5 m / sec; separating the cracked product obtained in a separation medium to obtain different hydrocarbon products. This procedure allows to provide a useful destination for low-weight, high-surface solid waste plastic materials, which are not otherwise recycled because the method is not economical. Likewise, by using polyolefins, which in the absence of oxygen do not generate carbon deposits at high temperatures and low speeds, a smaller reactor furnace is achieved, with greater simplicity and lower manufacturing cost. The products obtained are similar to those of catalytic cracking.
