Abstract
Se describe un aparato de calefacción a gas combustible, en particular un aparato calentador de agua que comprende: un quemador principal colocado en una cámara de combustión del aparato, un quemador piloto apto para generar una llama piloto para el encendido del quemador principal, un grupo de válvulas que comprende una válvula principal colocada sobre un conducto principal para el suministro del gas combustible al quemador principal y una válvula piloto colocada sobre el conducto principal, corriente arriba de la válvula principal, para el suministro de gas al quemador piloto, un conducto piloto que se extiende desde un tramo del conducto principal colocado entre las válvulas piloto y principal, para alimentar el gas al quemador piloto, un sistema de control del suministro de gas hacia los quemadores principal y piloto que incluye una unidad de control electrónico operativamente asociada a las válvulas principal y piloto, un dispositivo de seguridad térmica activable en presencia de vapores inflamables próximos al aparato y configurado para el apagado seguro del quemador principal cuando se supere un umbral prefijado de temperatura alcanzada en la cámara de combustión, el quemador piloto está preparado como quemador piloto continuo, con llama permanente, la válvula piloto y la válvula principal son válvulas con control eléctrico, una batería tampón auxiliar preparada para alimentar la unidad de control electrónico en caso de ausencia temporaria de alimentación eléctrica proveniente de la red, de manera tal que al menos la válvula piloto sea alimentada y manejada a través de dicha unidad de control, para asegurar el mantenimiento de la llama piloto en el quemador piloto durante la ausencia temporaria de alimentación eléctrica proveniente de la red.
