Abstract
Se proporciona un método para producir industrialmente de manera eficiente ácido acético que produce un buen resultado en la prueba de permanganato de potasio, sin un costo enorme; el método de producción de ácido acético de acuerdo con la presente incluye un paso de carbonilación, un paso de separación, un paso de reciclado, un paso de separación líquido-líquido, y un paso de remoción de acetaldehído de tratamiento de un objeto, donde el objeto se selecciona de por lo menos una parte de por lo menos una de la fase acuosa y la fase orgánica con base en un factor(es) seleccionado de una temperatura del líquido en la separación líquido-líquido en el paso de separación líquido-líquido, una concentración de acetaldehído en por lo menos una de la fase acuosa y la fase orgánica, un coeficiente de partición de acetaldehído, una concentración de acetato de metilo en por lo menos una de la fase acuosa y la fase orgánica, y un coeficiente de partición de acetato de metilo; en la primera corriente de ácido acético en el paso de separación, una concentración de crotonaldehído es controlada a 2.2 ppm en masa o menos, y se regula la proporción (CCR / CECR) de una concentración de crotonaldehído CCR (ppm en masa) a una concentración de 2-etilcrotonaldehído CECR (ppm en masa).
