Abstract
Disposición para producir disociación selectiva de carbonatos dobles de calcio y magnesio contenidos en la dolomita, comprende: medios de molienda (1) en donde ingresa dicha dolomita; medios de transporte dispuestos a continuación de dichos medios de molienda (1); medios para el tratamiento del agua en donde se genera vapor de agua saturado (V.S.) y gases de combustión; un recalentador de vapor de agua saturado (5) dispuesto a continuación de dichos medios para el tratamiento del agua en donde se genera vapor de agua recalentado (V.R.) y gases de combustión; un precalentador (4) dispuesto a continuación de dichos medios de transporte, al cual llegan los gases de combustión de dicho recalentador (5), estando dicho precalentador (4) montado a una altura igual al punto medio de la chimenea de dicho recalentador (5); un dosificador automático de material particulado (9) dispuesto a continuación de dicho precalentador (4); un tubo Venturi dispuesto en una tubería horizontal (10) a continuación de dicho dosificador (9) estando dicho tubo Venturi en comunicación, además, con dicho vapor de agua recalentado (V.R.) proveniente desde dicho recalentador (5) generando así un punto de encuentro (PE) con la dolomita, molida y precalentada por dichos gases de combustión, proveniente de dicho precalentador (4); un reactor catalítico (11) dispuesto a continuación de dicho punto de encuentro (PE) en donde se produce la reacción química de disociación del carbonato de magnesio de la dolomita obteniendo un producto semi-decarbonatado en suspensión;-un economizador de calor (8) dispuesto a continuación de dicho reactor catalítico (11); un primer medio de filtrado (15) dispuesto a continuación de dicho economizador de calor (8); y un primer medio de ventilación (15) dispuesto a continuación de dicho primer medio de filtrado (15).Provision to produce selective dissociation of double calcium and magnesium carbonates contained in the dolomite, comprising: milling means (1) where said dolomite enters; transport means arranged next to said grinding means (1); means for the treatment of water where saturated steam (V.S.) and combustion gases are generated; a saturated steam water reheater (5) arranged next to said means for the treatment of water where superheated water vapor (V.R.) and combustion gases are generated; a preheater (4) arranged next to said means of transport, to which the combustion gases of said superheater (5) arrive, said preheater (4) being mounted at a height equal to the midpoint of the chimney of said superheater (5 ); an automatic doser of particulate material (9) arranged next to said preheater (4); a Venturi tube arranged in a horizontal pipe (10) following said dispenser (9) said Venturi tube being in communication, in addition, with said superheated steam (VR) coming from said reheater (5) thus generating a meeting point (PE) with dolomite, ground and preheated by said combustion gases, coming from said preheater (4); a catalytic reactor (11) arranged next to said meeting point (PE) where the chemical reaction of dissociation of dolomite magnesium carbonate occurs obtaining a semi-decarbonate product in suspension; -a heat economizer (8) arranged next to said catalytic reactor (11); a first filtering medium (15) arranged next to said heat economizer (8); and a first ventilation means (15) arranged next to said first filtering means (15).
