Abstract

El dispositivo y método para determinar las ganancias y pérdidas diarias mejora la eficiencia de las actividades operacionales comerciales diarias. Una de las ventajas del dispositivo es que reduce la redundancia de las replicaciones de costo y tiempo al asignar el trabajo en forma digital en lugar de manual en el cálculo de ganancias y pérdidas diarias. El dispositivo provee adicionalmente una completa visualización de los volúmenes de ventas, retrasos y tendencias que permite a aquel que toma las decisiones reaccionar de forma más rápida a las alzas en demanda de las actividades comerciales. El dispositivo también ayuda a desarrollar un entendimiento completo de los beneficios antes de asignar recursos adicionales significativos a una expansión comercial. Esto asegura que solo se pongan en marcha los negocios que se prevé que producirán beneficios superiores a la inversión de tiempo y dinero. Además, la dirección de una organización puede detectar fugas visibles en esfuerzos y tiempo pero también se promueve tomar la acción necesaria para reducir los riesgos en una inversión comercial. Reivindicación 1: Un dispositivo de computación que provee la determinación de ganancias y pérdidas diarias de un negocio, que comprende: un medio de inventario y compras que tiene una base de datos para almacenar la información de inventario de los clientes, información de inventario y costos para una pluralidad de proveedores en donde el medio de inventario y compras comprende un módulo que monitorea los niveles de inventario y genera pedidos para cubrir faltas anticipadas de cada artículo en el inventario a diario; un medio de procesamiento de pedidos y ventas que comprende un módulo para recibir una lista de pedidos seleccionados del cliente de un artículo pedido previamente y conectado al medio de inventario y compras para determinar que el artículo solicitado por el cliente esté disponible dentro del medio de inventario y compras basado en el procesamiento de pedidos diario seguido de determinar en una lista final de pedidos enviados al cliente y generar una factura para el pago a ser pagada por el cliente; un medio de recursos humanos que comprende un módulo para determinar un salario diario de cada empleado individual basado en el número de días laborables de cada empleado individual; un medio de gestión de cuentas para proveer medios electrónicos de almacenamiento de datos para ingresar información diaria de cuentas a cobrar y cuentas a pagar y medios de entrada de datos para ingresar información de cuentas a cobrar y cuentas a pagar que refleja un libro diario; y un medio de informe financiero para generar un informe de ganancias y pérdidas diarias recuperando la información del libro diario.
