Abstract

Cama que disminuye los riesgos de formación de úlceras por presión mediante el cambio constante y suave de los puntos de soporte del cuerpo para variar el área efectiva de soporte de las protuberancias óseas del cuerpo sobre la piel y que las comprime a la cama, lo que causa la reducción, tan cerca de cero como sea posible, de la cantidad de tiempo que la presión es ejercida por el peso del cuerpo sobre la cama y las áreas restringidas de soporte, lo que evita que las áreas de riesgo de bajo flujo de sangre por el peso del cuerpo permanezcan en isquemia y, por lo tanto, con un mayor flujo de sangre a estas partes del cuerpo. El propósito de la presente está diseñado para cambiar lenta, constante y suavemente los puntos de soporte del cuerpo para variar el área efectiva de soporte corporal en la cama con oscilaciones lentas y constantes, en las direcciones del ancho y la longitud del soporte del colchón y tener dos conjuntos de sistemas de accionamiento (DS) unidos al chasis (4) destinados a soportar todos los componentes, tales como el motor eléctrico (7), impulsado por un accionamiento de potencia (PWM) en el panel de control (PC), dicho motor eléctrico (7) está provisto de un engranaje (8) conectado a otro engranaje (9) y un paso mínimo (10), que acciona el eje vertical del roscado helicoidal (11) destinado a mover verticalmente el soporte del colchón plano o arqueado (2) y el acoplamiento (13) que lleva a cabo el acoplamiento vertical de la punta (12) del eje vertical (11), que permite el ajuste del acoplamiento (13) y la punta (12) del eje vertical (11) a los movimientos laterales entre la punta (12) del eje vertical (11) y el soporte del colchón plano o arqueado (2) resultante de las oscilaciones transversales; el soporte del eje de rotación (5A) (5), que se acopla con el eje cilíndrico (3) unido al soporte del colchón arqueado (2), el chasis del equipo (4) y los amortiguadores de absorción de ruido y vibraciones (6) así como el soporte (14) de las campanas (15) y (16) que rodean y protegen el eje del tornillo vertical (11).
