Abstract
Un cable de alimentación que tiene un sistema de aislamiento, el cual comprende al menos una capa fabricada en un material termoplástico basado en una matriz de polipropileno, mezclada con un fluido dieléctrico, donde el material termoplástico tiene una entalpía de fusión variable entre 15 y 50 J/g y donde la matriz de polipropileno se fabrica con un material seleccionado entre los siguientes: un copolímero de etileno heterofásico-propileno (a) que tiene una entalpía de fusión variable entre 15 y 50 J/g; o un mezcla íntima de: (a) y un homopolímero de propileno o un copolímero de etileno-propileno (b) que tiene una entalpía de fusión mayor que 50 J/g. El cable es particularmente adecuado para el transporte de corriente a alta tensión o extra alta tensión.
