Abstract

El proceso integrado para recuperar metales valiosos a partir de mena de sulfuro incluye los pasos de clasificación en bruto 16 y cribado 24 / 28 de la mena aplastada. La corriente de menas gruesas clasificadas / cribadas se muele y ordena 20 para proporcionar una fracción de gruesos 34 adecuada para flotación de gruesos y una primera fracción de finos 38 adecuada para flotación. La fracción de gruesos adecuada para la flotación de gruesos se somete a una flotación de gruesos 36 para obtener así una ganga 42 y un concentrado intermedio 46. El concentrado intermedio se somete a molienda 48 para proporcionar una segunda fracción de finos adecuada para flotación convencional. La primera fracción de finos y la segunda fracción de finos se someten a una flotación convencional 40 para proporcionar un concentrado y relaves. Este proceso capitaliza la heterogeneidad natural de los yacimientos de sulfuro y utiliza tecnologías de reducción de clasificación en bruto, cribado y flotación de gruesos en una configuración multietapa para rechazar la máxima cantidad de ganga de desecho antes de la conminución de finos.
