Abstract
Un proceso de preparación de una bebida en base a malta, dicho método comprende las etapas de: fermentar un mosto para obtener una bebida fermentada en base a malta para alcanzar un nivel de extracto original A en el rango de 10ºPl - 20ºPl; concentrar dicha bebida fermentada en base a malta por remoción de agua de la misma para obtener una bebida concentrada en base a malta; caracterizado porque la bebida concentrada en base a malta se diluye para el consumo mediante la adición de agua o diluyente en base a agua hasta un nivel de extracto B mayor que A.
