Abstract
Un método para transmisión basada en escucha. El método se ejecuta en un dispositivo de comunicaciones de un primer tipo con una pluralidad de haces y es operable en un espectro sin licencia. El método comprende identificar una dirección de haz para un dispositivo de comunicaciones de un segundo tipo cuando hay datos dirigidos al dispositivo de comunicaciones del segundo tipo y obtener un contador de retardo de retransmisión para la dirección de haz identificada. El método también comprende seleccionar al menos una dirección de haz para la escucha durante la que el contador de retardo de retransmisión correspondiente a al menos una dirección de haz es cambiable. El haz en cada una de al menos una dirección de haz cubre al menos un dispositivo de comunicaciones del segundo tipo que tiene datos dirigidos al mismo. El método además comprende programar la transmisión a un dispositivo de comunicaciones del segundo tipo en la dirección de haz identificada cuando el contador de retardo de retransmisión correspondiente a esa dirección de haz alcanza un cierto umbral. También un aparato correspondiente, y producto de programa informático.
