Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método para transmissão baseada em escuta. o método é executado em um dispositivo de comunicação de um primeiro tipo com uma pluralidade de feixes e operável em um espectro não licenciado. o método compreende identificar uma direção de feixe para um dispositivo de comunicação de um segundo tipo quando há dados direcionados para o dispositivo de comunicação do segundo tipo e obter um contador de backoff para a direção de feixe identificada. o método também compreende selecionar pelo menos uma direção de feixe para escutar durante a qual o contador de backoff correspondente a pelo menos uma direção de feixe é alterável. o feixe em cada uma de pelo menos uma direção de feixe cobre pelo menos um dispositivo de comunicação do segundo tipo que tem dados direcionados para o mesmo. o método compreende ainda escalonar a transmissão para um dispositivo de comunicação do segundo tipo na direção de feixe identificada quando o contador de backoff correspondente a essa direção de feixe atinge um certo limite. as modalidades da presente descrição também se referem a um aparelho correspondente, e ao produto de programa de computador.
