Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Una película respirable que tiene un peso de base de 1 a 10 g/m², donde la película respirable comprende por lo menos un polímero termoplástico y un producto de material de relleno tratado en la superficie, donde el producto de material de relleno tratado en la superficie comprende A) por lo menos un material de relleno que comprende carbonato de calcio molido que tiene: una mediana de tamaño de partícula en peso d₅₀ en el rango de 0,1 mm a 7 mm, un tamaño de partícula de corte superior d₉₈ de £ 15 mm, un área de superficie especifica (BET) de 0,5 a 150 m²/g, medido usando nitrógeno y el método BET de acuerdo con la norma ISO 9277, y un contenido de humedad total residual de £ 1% en peso, sobre la base del peso seco total del por lo menos un material de relleno que comprende carbonato de calcio molido, y B) una capa de tratamiento sobre la superficie del por lo menos un material de relleno que comprende carbonato de calcio molido que comprende: i) una combinación de ésteres de ácido fosfórico de uno o más monoésteres de ácido fosfórico y sus productos de reacción salinos y/o uno o más diésteres de ácido fosfórico y sus productos de reacción salinos, y/o ii) por lo menos un ácido carboxílico lineal o ramificado alifático saturado y sus productos de reacción salinos, y/o iii) por lo menos un aldehído alifático y/o sus productos de reacción salinos, y/o iv) por lo menos un polidialquilsiloxano, y/o v) mezclas de los materiales de acuerdo con i) a iv), donde el producto de material de relleno tratado en la superficie comprende la capa de tratamiento en una cantidad de 0,1 a 3% en peso, sobre la base del peso seco total del por lo menos un material de relleno que comprende carbonato de calcio molido.
