Abstract

Un film que comprende al menos una capa de una mezcla del polímero de cloruro de vinildeno que comprende un polímero de cloruro de vinildeno y de 3 a 30% en peso de poliésteres de lactona, en particular policaprolactonas, para el envasado de productos alimenticios que respiran. El film se caracteriza por una permeabilidad adecuada al oxígeno que se encuentra en el rango de 10 a 500 cm3/m2-día-bar a 23°C para proporcionar la correcta conservacion de un producto alimenticio que respira, en particular, para la conservacion del queso.
