Abstract

Un compuesto antibacteriano que comprende la fórmula (1), donde X es seleccionado entre flúor y bromo, con efectos sobre bacterias gram negativas y gram positivas, en particular contra bacterias no fermentadoras multirresistentes que afectan a pacientes que padecen fibrosis quística y son responsables de infecciones intrahospitalarias severas en pacientes inmuno deprimidos; su procedimiento de elaboración y formulaciones farmacéuticas que lo contienen.
