Abstract

Un método y sistema para controlar el crecimiento de un cultivo de organismos de alimento de alto valor para animales en un sistema cofermentado que produce etanol y para que el cultivo consuma productos no proteicos como así también basados en carbohidratos. El método y el sistema producen productos que mejoran el valor nutricional de los coproductos. El método además provee un sistema para generar coproductos únicos con valor agregado, que incluyen alimento para animales libre de micotoxinas, para los mercados de alimentos para animales monogástricos y rumiantes, que incluyen la acuicultura, aves de corral, porcinos, animales de compañía y animales de ganado. El método incluye la producción de ácidos orgánicos a los efectos de enriquecer el alimento para animales para mejorar el desempeño animal con una reducción de componentes antibióticos en el pienso. El método incluye la producción y la incorporación de probióticos en el producto alimenticio para animales.
